Our supplier screen through our orders very thoroughly to check for defects.

However, when you collect your item, we need you to check for defect as well so in the case of when you pick up a defective item, we will ask for an return and exchange for you.

If ever you ordered the wrong size, we will not conduct an exchange for you. Please do understand our predicament and know what your size is before ordering!
